Northland Environmental CouncilEnvironmental Council is a group students that work on initiatives and events to advocate for sustainability at a campus, local, and, national level.
WATERS stands for Worldly Aware Teens Encouraging Resource Sustainability. They are an environmental club at Ashland High School. Chequamegon Bay Renewables is a nonprofit dedicated to local sustainable initiatives, primarily, but not limited to, renewable energy. Their mission is to work with multiple entities, in the spirit of cooperation and community building, to reduce reliance on fossil fuels while promoting clean water, clean air, organic foods, and healthy living.
